Please Note:
All Service Charges mentioned above are excluding GST of 18%.
There is no GST for foreign nationals and services provided completely outside India. For all other customers there will be additional 18% GST on the above service charges.
Standard checkin time at all hotels is between 1400Hrs to 1500hrs and checkout time is 1100hrs to 1200Hrs as per international norms. Early Checkin or Late Checkout is subject to room availability. If you need guaranteed early checkin or late checkout then we can confirm at additional charge. Please check with us on the cost for the same.
Services mentioned in all our Quotations are strictly subject to availability and will be available on the date of Quotation. Ozone Holidays do not guarantee the confirmation of services unless our quotation says that we are holding bookings on time-limit. To hold bookings on time-limit we need all passengers passport and PAN card copies.
All Quotes quoted are based on a minimum number of passengers travelling together at all times which will be mentioned in the quotation. There will be price variation If the numbers of passengers reduce or increase. Please ask us for a re-quote before confirming the booking.
Any unutilised entrances / sightseeing / Transfers are non-refundable unless cancelled atleast 7 days before tour start date.
The prices are net with all bank charges to your account. Credit card payments attract additional bank charge. Please check with us on the additional charges for the same as rates vary based on the type of card and country the card was issued.
Unless otherwise mentioned all our quotations are valid for maximum of 3 days from the date of quotation. Quote validity date will be mentioned in our quotation. If bookings are not confirmed within the quote validity the rates could change.
Payments to be transferred / deposited to below mentioned bank accounts only. Once deposited please share the NEFT Confirmation number or the deposit slip copy or cheque copy to shekar@ozoneholidays.com / accounts@ozoneholidays.com. **Please do not deposit cash in the accounts. If cash deposited in the accounts then the same will not be credited to your file.
All flight tickets, hotel vouchers and Services like travel insurance, airport / railway station transfers, sightseeing tours, cruise booking confirmations will be sent by E-mail. On demand from clients we deliver the file with all confirmations and vouchers within 48hours from the time we receive the full payments. If passengers are located outside Bangalore the full file will be sent by Courier else the file will be handed over to customers in hand at their designated address.

Payment Terms:
For bookings towards Air Tickets / Visa Processing / Travel Insurance. 100% at the time of confirmation.
For all Tour Packages / Hotel Reservations, 50% at the time of confirmation and balance in full 21days before departure. If travel is within 21 days from the date of confirmation then we require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.
For some hotels / tour packages during peak travel dates like Christmas / New Year / independence day etc we get special non-refundable advance purchase rates. If services are confirmed under these special rates then we require 100% pre-payment at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Terms:
As a general policy we charge cancellation charges as below. These charges are over and above the cancellation charges charged by the airline / Hotels / Service Providers.
For Domestic Air tickets: Rs. 500 + 18% GST = Rs. 590.
For International Air tickets: Rs. 1000 + 18% GST = Rs. 1180.
For Travel Insurance: Rs. 100 + 18% GST = Rs. 118.
For Hotel Reservations / Tour Packages: 5% of the total cost + 18% GST.
NOTE: Normally the full process take about 14 to 21 working days for all international bookings. We will transfer back the refund amount to the passenger’s Bank Account Details only as by law we cannot process the refund amount to a 3rd party account.
